The service

Elivix helps you create marketing content and publish it to social platforms you connect. Features may change over time.

Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for your account credentials, for the accounts you connect, and for ensuring you have the right to publish the content you post through Elivix.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Elivix to publish unlawful, infringing, or platform-policy-violating content, or to abuse the connected platforms’ APIs.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Elivix a limited license to process and publish that content to the connected accounts you instruct us to publish to, solely to provide the service.

Anonymized cross-product learning

To improve the Service for all customers, Elivix learns from measured outcomes across the products in our network. By default, when your workspace generates or publishes creative, Elivix derives anonymized, pattern-level signals from the outcome (for example hook archetype, engagement rate, and return on ad spend) and pools them into shared benchmarks. These pooled signals are k-anonymized — exposed only once a group contains at least 10 events from at least 5 distinct accounts, grouped by industry and platform — and never include your brand name, ad creative or copy, generated content, prompts, spend amounts, or any information that identifies you or your workspace. We do not use your content to train AI models that serve other customers.

This contribution is on by default. You may pause it at any time from Settings → Workspace(the “Cross-product benchmarking” section); pausing takes effect going forward and does not reduce or degrade any feature built from your own data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Third-party platforms

Publishing to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms is subject to those platforms’ own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs or policies.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. See our pricing for current plans. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Elivix is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atoma Insights, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Elivix at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
