Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-29 · Atoma Insights, Inc.
This Privacy Policy explains how Atoma Insights, Inc.(“Elivix,” “we”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Elivix.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide (name, email, workspace details).
- Connected-platform credentials: when you connect a social account (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), we receive an OAuth access token, which we store encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). We also store the connected account’s identifiers (Facebook Page ID, Instagram Business account ID, username) so we can display the connection and publish on your instruction.
- Content you create in Elivix and choose to publish.
- Usage and analytics about how you use the product.
How we use information
We use connected-platform access solely to publish content you create and explicitly choose to publish, to accounts you own and have connected. We also read back post-level engagement metrics (views, likes, comments) for your connected accounts, solely to display your analytics within Elivix. We do not access your personal feed, friends list, or messages. We never post without your explicit action.
Separately, we derive anonymized, pattern-level performance signals from content you publish and generate — never the content itself — to power cross-product benchmarks. See Anonymized cross-product learning below for what this includes and how to pause it.
Anonymized cross-product learning
Elivix improves for every customer by learning from what works across the products in our network. This anonymized cross-product learning is on by default.
When your workspace generates or publishes creative — for example an ad or an organic post — we derive a small set of anonymized, pattern-level signals from the outcome, such as hook archetype, engagement rate, dopamine/prediction scores, and (for paid campaigns) return on ad spend. These signals are pooled into shared benchmarks — for example the cross-product hook-effectiveness benchmarks shown on your PERFORM dashboard. A signal is only ever exposed once its group contains at least 10 events from at least 5 distinct accounts, grouped by industry and platform, so that no individual workspace can be singled out.
Your brand name, ad creative and copy, generated content, prompts, budgets and spend amounts, connected-account identifiers, and any other free text or information that could identify you are never pooled or shared with other customers. Only structural metadata and aggregate scores contribute. We do not use your content to train AI models that serve other customers.
You can pause this at any time from Settings → Workspace, in the “Cross-product benchmarking” section. Pausing takes effect going forward and stops your workspace from contributing new signals; it does not affect any feature built from your own data — your own analytics, insights, and recommendations remain fully available. Cross-product benchmarks are reciprocal: they are built from, and shared among, workspaces that contribute.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (database and hosting) and is used only server-side to call the relevant platform APIs (e.g. the Meta Graph API). We do not sell your data, and we do not share access tokens with third parties.
Service providers
We use trusted sub-processors to operate Elivix, including hosting, database, payments, and AI providers. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.
Data retention and deletion
You can disconnect any connected account from the Accounts page in Elivix; disconnecting an account immediately deletes the stored access token and stops Elivix from accessing that account; to delete all associated data, see our Data Deletion page. We delete data on request within 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at atomainsights@gmail.com.
Children
Elivix is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
