Data Deletion

You can delete the data Elivix stores about you in either of the following ways.

Disconnect a connected account

In Elivix, go to Accounts and choose Disconnect on any connected social account. This immediately deletes the stored access token and stops Elivix from accessing or posting to that account. To permanently remove the connection record and all associated data, use the email request below.

Delete all your data

To delete your account and all associated data, email atomainsights@gmail.comwith the subject “Data Deletion Request” from the email address on your account. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Meta platform data

For data obtained via Facebook or Instagram, disconnecting the account (above) removes the stored access token and identifiers. You can also remove Elivix from your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
